During my recent stay in Kotor, I had the opportunity to stay at Apartment Ivan. Although I was only staying overnight for transit purposes, I found two features of this hotel to be particularly convenient. the location of Apartment Ivan is ideal for those using the nearby airport. With the nearest airport being just 11 km away, it made my journey to catch my flight the next day hassle-free. despite the initial confusion during check-in, the staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating. Their hospitality made up for the slight inconvenience, and they made sure I felt welcome during my short stay.

One minor drawback of my stay at Apartment Ivan was the confusion I faced during check-in. The apartment was not labelled, making it difficult to find upon arrival.

Great location close to the beach 🏖, Old Town, and the mountains. The rooms are tidy and the staff is really friendly. Keep up the good work!

This place has a fantastic location near the beautiful Kotor Bay and the old town, with friendly and helpful staff.

Our host Marija and her husband were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond for us. The apartment had an amazing view of the bay and was just a short walk from the old town. The spacious balcony was shared with the neighboring apartment and provided a perfect spot for outdoor dining. The apartment itself was comfortable and had everything we needed, including free Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the off-site car park and the option for a paid shuttle service. our stay was fantastic.

Excellent location, 5 min from old town with view of old town, fortress, and bay. Huge balcony. Separate kitchen, private bathroom, and bedroom. Clean and well-equipped. Parking available. Highly recommended for stay in Kotor.

The view from the terrace and the hosts were excellent. Great location for old town and stunning views/sunshine on the terrace all day. Room had everything we needed and air conditioning was a big bonus. Maria picked us up from the airport and Tony dropped us off. Had a nice drink with them on the last day and evening. Lovely couple and have a lovely dog. Would highly recommend and hope to return soon. Thanks Maria and Tony!
